Welcome!

We are Stillhaven Farms, a multifaceted, local, family operated farm! God gave us this acreage in 2006 and we have been seeking to move towards a sustainable farming model. While this is a journey in progress and a lifelong learning experience - we are beginning to have success in some areas of farming and we have begun to market our consumable products locally. We offer a growing variety of consumable products - brown eggs, fresh fruit, crisp veggies, sweet honey, and more - while using natural growing techniques. We also continue to operate a healthy equine operation focusing on lessons and training.

Our Story

We are Jim and Liz Stitzel, and we are first-generation farmers residing in Colfax, IN. We have owned our little, 40-acre farm since January 2006 and have been continually developing it into a multi-purpose facility involving horses, chickens, and fresh-grown produce.
