Our Story

We are Jim and Liz Stitzel, and we are first-generation farmers residing in Colfax, IN. We have owned our little, 40-acre farm since January 2006 and have been continually developing it into a multi-purpose facility involving horses, chickens, and fresh-grown produce. We love our little corner of God’s green Earth and look forward to what the future holds for us here. This is our ongoing story. Continue reading
